Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johhny Hartland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Eyre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eyre has chosen Domination by Pantera as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johhny Hartland!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Martin Eyre!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartland shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Eyre rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hartland moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hartland feints and as Eyre raises his hands in defense, Hartland changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Eyre has his foot on Hartland's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Hartland works his way back into a safe position though.
Hartland wants to control from the top but Eyre keeps moving.
Eyre is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Hartland defends well.

Eyre is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hartland.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Eyre is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Hartland has control of Eyre's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Eyre regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Hartland doesn't manage to clinch there - Eyre circles away.

Hartland closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Eyre tries to bench press Hartland off him but Hartland keeps the position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Eyre is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Hartland is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Eyre has escaped the position, nice work there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on Eyre's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Martin Eyre will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Hartland's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
