Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max McRiot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gala Zar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McRiot kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Insomnium - The Killjoy. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zar fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McRiot manages to avoid it.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for McRiot. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Zar really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McRiot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

McRiot has hold of Zar's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Zar manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

McRiot has got his arm under Zar's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Zar has spun round into McRiot's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
McRiot bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Zar's guard.

McRiot throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Zar has his hands clasped together but McRiot breaks the hold and Zar is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by McRiot!
