Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Caua Takeda (ranked 2280 p4p, 2420 weight class) and Dino Ebedi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Takeda might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Oba, La Vem Ela. Ebedi has chosen Moby Dick - Ugass kutya! as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Caua Takeda! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 5 - 2, fighting out of Hilo, Dino Ebedi! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Takeda misses. Ebedi unleashes a big counter combination but Takeda bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Ebedi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Ebedi throws a sloppy head kick and Takeda moves out of range easily. A punch lands to the side of Takeda 's head but he takes it in his stride. Ebedi throws a combination. Takeda tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Caua Takeda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takeda closes the distance and clinches. Ebedi jumps guard.
Takeda trying to control the position from guard on top but Ebedi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ebedi is pulling down on Takeda's head. It's preventing any offense from Takeda, at least for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ebedi keeping full guard, as Takeda tries to pass. Takeda looking to sit in guard and control but Ebedi gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Ebedi controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Takeda is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Ebedi is aware though and is defending well. Takeda wants to sweep here but Ebedi controlling him for the moment. Ebedi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Takeda is trying to control the position but Ebedi postures up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Takeda manages to get to full guard.
Takeda wants to sweep here but Ebedi controlling him for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Takeda wants to improve his position but instead Ebedi has moved into half guard.
Ebedi keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Takeda won't allow Ebedi to pass to mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ebedi passes to side control. Ebedi wants to control but Takeda is keeping him busy. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dino Ebedi dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Takeda is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Ebedi thows a left - swing and a miss! Ebedi fails to land with a series of punches.
Takeda drops down looking for a counter takedown but Ebedi sprawls and moves away. Takeda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ebedi paws at him with a jab and circles away. A head kick from Ebedi lands but Takeda takes it in his stride. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ebedi circles away from the clinch attempt.
Takeda throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ebedi was covering up waiting for the punch and Takeda finishes the takedown easily into guard. Ebedi has control of Takeda's left arm, preventing Takeda from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Takeda trying to control but Ebedi is working from the bottom. Takeda stays in close to Ebedi's body and controls the position. Ebedi trying to control the position.
Takeda trying to control the position from guard on top but Ebedi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Takeda drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Ebedi dives on top into guard. Ebedi sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Takeda is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Ebedi must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Ebedi got a little sloppy there for a moment and Takeda has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ebedi has managed to get both his arms back between Takeda's legs - danger averted. Takeda keeping full guard, as Ebedi tries to pass. Ebedi engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Takeda looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ebedi is one step ahead there. Takeda throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Takeda is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Ebedi controls the pace of the fight for a moment. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Ebedi pushing down on Takeda's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Ebedi perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Takeda is trying to get back to full guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Ebedi throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ebedi scores with a three punch combo!
Takeda closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ebedi quickly recovers to half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dino Ebedi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round! Takeda wants to clinch. Ebedi unleashes a big counter combination but Takeda bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Ebedi keeps the fight on the outside. Takeda doesn't manage to clinch there - Ebedi circles away.
Takeda moves into range and clinches up with Ebedi. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Takeda pulls guard. Takeda looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Takeda pulls Ebedi in close to prevent any damage. Ebedi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Takeda has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ebedi is looking to defend but Takeda has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ebedi! Takeda pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ebedi taps out and this one is all over!
