The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Mckay shoots in for a takedown but Costa shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Costa closes the distance and pushes Mckay back into the cage.
Costa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mckay is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Mckay is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mckay tries to pull guard but Costa holds him up against the cage and eventually Mckay drops back down to his feet.
