Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Caleb Jones!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Lou da Vinci and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones clinches up against the cage.
Jones tries to throw a body punch but Dayton avoids it by throwing Jones back against the cage.
Dayton manages to pull guard.
Dayton isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Jones stacks Dayton on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Jones!

Jones got a little sloppy there for a moment and Dayton has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jones has managed to get both his arms back between Dayton 's legs - danger averted.

Dayton has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Dayton 's head.

Jones is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Dayton is defending well for now.

Jones jumps guard and drags Dayton to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Dayton slips a nice elbow through Jones's hands, connecting with Jones's forehead.
Dayton is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jones sees it coming and defends easily.
Dayton is nestled in close to Jones, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dayton is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Jones jabs Dayton right on the nose. Dayton blinks but takes it well.
Caleb Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jones tries to close the distance and clinch but Dayton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dayton tries to counter with a takedown but Jones is quick to defend against it.

Jones content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Dayton has locked up a guillotine! Dayton 's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Jones is holding on here and Dayton must be using up a lot of energy. Jones has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Dayton gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Small Dayton retains his featherweight title!
A relieved looking Small Dayton thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
