The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Ryoma Takatsuka and Josh West.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Archer has closed the distance and engaged Saldini in a clinch.
Saldini is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Archer has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Saldini after a bit of a struggle.

Saldini seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Archer for as long as he can get away with.
Saldini wants to control the pace but Archer is squirming around nicely.
Archer is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag.
