Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Polish Power (ranked 1397 p4p, 1865 weight class) and Grizzley Adams (ranked 86 p4p, 108 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Xanadu by Ummet Ozcan. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Polish Power! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Grizzley Adams! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Power lands a leg kick that knocks Adams off balance momentarily. Adams shoots for a double leg takedown but Power sprawls well. He's pushed Adams's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Power was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Power thumps Adams with a low kick. Adams changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Power looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Adams misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Adams happy to just control the position for now. Power is trying to improve his position. Power is working hard here to advance position. Adams tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Adams working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Power is not content to let Adams control the position. Adams throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Power is looking to regain half guard here but Adams keeps moving and retains side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adams sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Power is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Power is looking for a sweep. Sloppy strikes there by Adams. Adams misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Adams throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Adams scoring with punches and elbows. Adams trying to control the action but Power is working from the bottom. Power tries to bench press Adams off him but Adams keeps the position. Adams has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Adams misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Adams misses with an attempted head punch from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Power taking punishment in the form of punches.
Power is not content to let Adams control the position. The referee asks Adams politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Adams prefers to stall for the moment though. Adams throws an elbow but Power slips to the side and avoids it well. Power defending against the ground and pound. Power is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Power defending against the ground and pound. Adams trying to control the action but Power is working from the bottom. Adams tries to advance to mount but Power denies him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adams trying to control the position but Power is working away. Adams slows the pace down. Adams in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Adams fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Adams laying and praying for a moment but Power takes advantage and regains half guard. Adams sitting and controlling from the half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. It looks like Adams might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Adams looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Adams thows a huge punch but Power dodges it nicely.
Adams wants to pass to mount but Power is defending the position. Adams looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Adams's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Power is not content to let Adams control the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Grizzley Adams dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Adams tries to score a power double leg takedown but Power sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Adams somewhat. Adams throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Adams shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Power counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Grizzley Adams has been cut. Adams throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Power sees it coming and avoids it easily. Adams looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Adams has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Power bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Adams's head backwards. Adams lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Adams shoots in for a takedown but Power shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Polish Power has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Grizzley Adams. Adams misses with a straight right. A little feinted left hand from Power on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Power cracks Adams with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Adams takes one on the button. A slapping leg kick lands for Power.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Adams shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Adams throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Power moves into the clinch. Power lands a shot to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Power's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Adams is breathing heavily. Power throws a monster overhand right that drops Adams! Power follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Polish Power! After winning the bout, Polish Power thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
