Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyson Midgard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stone comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I stand alone - Godsmack kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andy Stone!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone throws out a leg kick but Midgard moves out of range and Stone only half commits.
Stone misses with a two punch combination.
Midgard avoids the head kick by Stone.
Midgard throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Stone's head.
It looks like Andy Stone has been cut.
Midgard sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Stone to the ground! Midgard dives into full mount looking to finish!
Stone is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Midgard is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Stone has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Stone!
Stone is still in real trouble! Can Midgard finish him?
Stone advances position into side control!
Stone seems to have recovered his senses.
Midgard tries to bench press Stone off him but Stone keeps the position.
Midgard is working hard here to advance position.
Stone has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Midgard!

Stone goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Midgard turns into him and now he's in Stone's guard.

Midgard drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Stone manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Midgard has Stone in his guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Stone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Midgard keeping moving, preventing Stone from controlling successfully.
Stone must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
