The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siyavong dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bertrand tries for a takedown but Siyavong circles away easily
and Siyavong counters with a left to the body.
Siyavong scores with a nice right hand.
Bertrand jabs Siyavong right on the nose. Siyavong blinks but takes it well.
Siyavong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bertrand.
Bertrand drops down looking for a counter takedown but Siyavong sprawls and moves away.
Siyavong moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Siyavong sizes up Bertrand with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Bertrand misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bertrand is trying hard to land a takedown here. Siyavong sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bertrand is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Oh Bertrand is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bertrand looks up at the clock. Bad move! Siyavong lands a right hand from hell, dropping Bertrand. Siyavong pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
