Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Declan Robinson (ranked 4004 p4p, 4015 weight class) and Maxwell Robles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robles gets caught napping as Robinson dives in and scores a takedown. Robles manages to retain guard.

Robinson can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Robles is looking to escape.

Robles has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Robinson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Robinson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Robles is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Robinson, into his guard.

A close round but Maxwell Robles will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Robles has his foot on Robinson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Robinson works his way back into a safe position though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Robles is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Robinson has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Robles should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Robinson has tightened it up now! Robles should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
