Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Kane (ranked 24186 p4p, 3877 weight class) and Jihadi John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). John has chosen Ali-A as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jihadi John was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane jabs John right on the nose. John blinks but takes it well.
Kane lands a jab to John 's midsection.
Kane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but John manages to avoid it.
Kane lands with a shot to the body.
Kane misses with a body shot.
John wants to clinch.
Kane is looking to slow John down with leg kicks.
Chris Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kane lands with a kick to the temple. John shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Jihadi John has been cut.
Kane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
John keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kane stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kane throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

That kick from Kane tenderised John 's leg. John is trying to keep his angry face on.

John misses with a hook. Kane ducked under it nicely.
We've been told by Kane's head coaches at GAMMA Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Kane throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Kane misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from John .
John throws a front kick that sends Kane stumbling back into the cage.
Kane is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Kane is looking to wear down John with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Kane moves away from the strike by John .
Kane throws a body shot but no joy.
Kane explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
John looks winded!
John walks straight into a right hand from Kane - that's dropped him! Kane jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save John from any more punishment! John complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Chris Kane!
Chris Kane was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
Jihadi John was interviewed post fight and said ' Al Akhbar '.
