The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive. Ping clinches with his opponent.
Luz stalling the fight.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Ping takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ping leaning his opponent against the cage. Ping seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. Luz is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ping stalls. Luz holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! The referee calls for Luz to work.
And that's the end of the fight! Luo Ping showed his dominance in that final round. Well Ping has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
