Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bagel Boss (ranked 1180 p4p, 1016 weight class) and Trage Tragedy (ranked 173 p4p, 150 weight class). Boss comes to the cage accompanied by 6 Foot 7 Foot. Tragedy has chosen Bury Me In Southern Ground by Rebel Son as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Trage Tragedy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tragedy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
We've been told by Boss's head coaches at Wolfpack Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Tragedy throws a sloppy head kick
and Boss counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Trage Tragedy has been cut.
Good standup being displayed there by Boss as he connects with a hook.
Tragedy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tragedy lands a glancing blow to the side of Boss's head.
It looks like Bagel Boss has been cut.
Tragedy on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Boss takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Trage Tragedy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tragedy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Tragedy with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Boss to score with a decent uppercut.
Boss chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Tragedy can pounce on him.
Tragedy uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Boss has time to react.
A head kick misses from Tragedy.
Tragedy pivots, looking for a leg kick but Boss is out of range and Tragedy settles back down.

Boss lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That has opened up Trage Tragedy's cut even more.

Boss fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tragedy manages to avoid it.

It looked like Boss wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Oooooh!!! Tragedy has knocked Boss down with a huge combo! Tragedy steps away and waves a wobbly Boss back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
We've been informed that Tragedy has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Boss loads up on a big right hand but Tragedy slips the punch.

A slapping body kick lands there for Tragedy.

Tragedy is pawing at Boss, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Boss's nose. Boss is badly hurt! Tragedy pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Boss tries desperately to hold on but Tragedy is relentless in his assault! As Boss receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Tragedy away and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trage Tragedy!
A very excited looking Trage Tragedy made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
