Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Rounin Hashima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hawk Hollow!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hashima throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hollow counters with a stiff right hand.
Hollow looks to throw the jab but Hashima is out of range.
Hashima throws a big counter combination but Hollow scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Hollow defending well as Hashima loads up on a big left hand.
Hollow throws out a counter right but Hashima avoids it with no problem.
Hollow takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Nice straight punches there by Hashima. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Hashima.
Hashima fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hollow manages to avoid it.
Some bone on bone action there as Hollow checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Hashima misses with a body kick.
As Hashima backs off Hollow throws a huge counter combo but Hashima manages to avoid it all.
Hashima rushes Hollow and presses him up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hollow jumps guard but Hashima stands there with Hollow around his waist. Hollow gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Hashima's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Hashima throws a punch but it's blocked by Hollow.
A short right from Hashima on the inside.
Hashima throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hollows head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hollow is trying to push Hashima away but Hashima has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Hollow blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Hollow breaks from the clinch.
Hollow takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Hashima throws a predictable looking body shot
and Hollow counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Hollow connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Hashima is rocked!
Hashima throws a lazy uppercut
and Hollow counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Hashima out cold! What a finish! Hollow is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Hawk Hollow!
A relieved looking Hawk Hollow thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
