Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Martin Burns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle McKenna! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McKenna pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Burns shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. McKenna can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Burns controls the pace. McKenna looking to hit a scissor sweep but Burns is one step ahead there. Burns looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Burns tries to free his leg and advance position but McKenna is retaining full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Burns won't allow McKenna to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burns works a leg free and moves into half guard. McKenna missing with punches from the bottom.

McKenna is trying desperately to improve position. McKenna keeps trying to improve his position. Burns has hold of McKenna's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and McKenna manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Burns looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. But McKenna has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from McKenna! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

McKenna trying to control the position from guard on top but Burns is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. McKenna looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Burns is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! McKenna rolls with it to try and escape but Burns cranks on the arm and McKenna is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
