Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robertson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Robertson looks to land a combination but Ruiz avoids it well.
Robertson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ruiz ducks under a wild hook from Robertson.
Ruiz half committed to a counter leg kick.

Ruiz thinks about countering with a head kick.
Robertson throws a poor cross that misses
and Ruiz counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Robertson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Ruiz uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Robertson.
Robertson misses with an uppercut
and Ruiz counters with a body kick that stops Robertson in his tracks momentarily.
Robertson throws a left that rocks Ruiz and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Robertson dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Ruiz regain composure!
Ruiz is rocked!
It looks like Anthony Ruiz has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Robertson cracks Ruiz with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Robertson immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Ruiz is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Robertson!
