Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 100 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 60 - 191 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fyodor Pending!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Mmm looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Pending should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Pending looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mmm trying to control the pace.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mmm looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Mmm is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Mmm is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Mmm slows the pace down in half guard.
Mmm will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Mmm moves nicely into side control.
The referee asks Mmm politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Mmm prefers to stall for the moment though.
Mmm's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Mmm connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Pending some visible discomfort.
Mmm controlling the position from side mount.

Further stalling from Mmm.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mmm decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mmm Mmm dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!
Mmm shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Pending's guard.
Mmm lands a couple of digs.
Mmm slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Mmm with a nice head shot there.
Mmm is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Mmm has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Mmm seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Pending for as long as he can get away with.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Mmm is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pending can do to turn this around?
Mmm closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Pending quickly recovers to half guard.

Mmm is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Pending taking some punishment here, with Mmm in his half guard.
Mmm is taking a breather. Pending says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Mmm decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Mmm throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Mmm manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Pending on his heels. He'll look to pass Pending's guard now, I'm sure.

Mmm Mmm dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Pending gets caught napping as Mmm dives in and scores a takedown. Pending manages to retain guard.
Mmm sitting in guard here, content to control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pending takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Pending on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Mmm fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pending to the ground. Mmm is now in Pending's guard.
Mmm is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Mmm continues to stall.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mmm shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Mmm was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Mmm Mmm is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Mmm remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Well Mmm has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
