Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Zenon Ball (ranked 4048 p4p, 4183 weight class) and Jackson Parks (ranked 256 p4p, 260 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Zenon Ball!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jackson Parks!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ball lands a nice shot that snaps Parks's head back.
Parks shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Parks bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Ball is looking for a sweep.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ball is working hard here to advance position.
Ball on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Parks remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Parks swings around for an armbar but Ball sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Parks's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Parks looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ball is one step ahead there.
Ball stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Parks swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ball trying to control the position from guard on top but Parks is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Parks striking off his back but it's not causing Ball any problems.
Parks is trying to control the position but Ball postures up.

Parks will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ball looking to pass the guard.
Parks lands an upkick as Ball stands over him.
Ball postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Parks is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ball, into his guard.

Parks stands up over Ball, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Ball looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Parks decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ball scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Parks doesn't seem bothered though.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ball lands with an uppercut that bounces Parks off the cage and back into range.
Zenon Ball is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Parks closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Ball's guard.
Ball is rocked!
Parks loads up on a big left hand. Ball felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Parks looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Ball can't hide his disappointment, as Parks celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jackson Parks!
