Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ilya Muromets (ranked 3188 p4p, 5569 weight class) and Lewis Kennedy (ranked 380 p4p, 556 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Ilya Muromets has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Ilya Muromets seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ilya Muromets! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lewis Kennedy! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Winston Howard and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Muromets shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kennedy counters with a stiff right hand. Muromets misses with a takedown attempt and Kennedy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Muromets closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Kennedy's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Muromets throws a big right hand that misses. Muromets passes Kennedy's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Kennedy is trying to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Muromets not landing any meaningful shots this time. Muromets looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Kennedy is trying to stand back up but Muromets is controlling him
Muromets throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Muromets throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Muromets not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Muromets thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Muromets not landing any meaningful shots this time. Muromets looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
It looks like Lewis Kennedy has been cut. Kennedy has hold of Muromets's hands but Muromets slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Muromets not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Kennedy looks winded! Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Muromets in particular looking to stall. Muromets sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kennedy defending well though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Muromets throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Muromets thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kennedy's head. Muromets sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Kennedy defending well though. Kennedy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muromets. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Muromets lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That has opened up Lewis Kennedy's cut even more. Muromets controlling the position here and throwing strikes from the top. Nice elbow lands there... and another... and another... oh, Kennedy is out! Muromets gets to his feet and admires his work - nice finish!
