And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 4 losses; Walter Wiener!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Dalton tries to keep at a distance but Wiener has taken the fight into the clinch.

Wiener is trying to pull guard but Dalton turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.
Wiener has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dalton is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Wiener tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dalton just stands there and leans against the ropes.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

This is a sustained period of stalling by Dalton.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wiener can do anything to dispel that myth.

Dalton's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Wiener is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Dalton is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Wiener's shoulder. That is not cool.
If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Dalton is stinking the place up with his stalling.
Wiener tries to buck Dalton off but Dalton is having none of it.
Dalton is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight!
Dalton takes the fight on points by 7 to 0.
