This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 19 wins and 12 losses; Rumsfeld Shart! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Pancake bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Score +4 for clean takedown past guard: Pancake (4) vs (0) Shart Shart prevents Pancake from improving position. Shart wants to control but Pancake postures up. Shart stops Pancake from passing to mount. Shart is not content to let Pancake control the position. Shart gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pancake is thwarting Shart's attempts to control the position.

Shart slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Score +3 for passing guard: Pancake (4) vs (5) Shart Shart is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Pancake looks calm but he's in trouble here. Shart gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Pancake is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Shart lets go of the hold and Pancake can pop his arm back in it's socket.
