Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Denis Stojnic!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brands manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Stojnic on his heels. He'll look to pass Stojnic's guard now, I'm sure.
Brands distracts Stojnic with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

We've been hearing good reports from Brands's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Brands jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Stojnic is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Stojnic and Brands has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

We've been informed that Stojnic has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

Brands closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stojnic did well to prevent Brands getting side control.
Brands is looking for submissions but instead, Stojnic has regained full guard.
Stojnic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brands can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Brands is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Stojnic!

Brands looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Stojnic is defending well. Brands quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Stojnic has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Brands celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
