Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rafa Cabrera!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cujo Levelside!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Levelside tries to clinch up but Cabrera circles away and keeps his distance.
Levelside is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Cabrera is looking to clinch.
Levelside tries to clinch
and Cabrera counters with a series of strikes. Levelside will be more careful next time no doubt.
Levelside closes the distance looking to clinch

and Cabrera counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Cabrera breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cabrera scores with a sloppy right hand. Levelside should have avoided that one.
Levelside showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cabrera.
Cabrera fails with the takedown.

and Cabrera counters with a flying knee. Nice.

Levelside takes the fight into the clinch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Levelside keeps control of Cabrera as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Cabrera breaks the clinch.
Cujo Levelside is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cabrera shoots for a double leg takedown but Levelside sprawls well. He's pushed Cabrera's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Cabrera closes the distance and clinches.
Cabrera is pressed up against the cage. Levelside has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cabrera down to the mat. Cabrera avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Cabrera shoots in looking for a takedown. Levelside tries to sprawl out of it but Cabrera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Levelside manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rafa Cabrera. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cabrera thumps Levelside with a low kick.
Cabrera wants to clinch but Levelside slips to the side

and Levelside counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Cabrera lands a takedown into guard.
Cabrera wants to control from the top but Levelside keeps moving.

Levelside is looking to sinch up a triangle. Cabrera throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Levelside's body to avoid the submission. Levelside has instead reached around Cabrera's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Levelside arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Cujo Levelside!
