The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Washington forces Abbas back against the cage and clinches.
Washington displaying some good clinch control by pressing Abbas up against the cage.
Washington jumps guard but Abbas stands there with Washington around his waist. Washington gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Washington is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Abbas defends well.
Washington seems keen to control Abbas's posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Abbas has his hands clasped together but Washington extends and breaks Abbas's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Washington.
