Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyson Carney (ranked 2910 p4p, 4134 weight class) and Droga Phintanilyo (ranked 165 p4p, 240 weight class). Phintanilyo has chosen ikaw as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Carney moves into the clinch.
Phintanilyo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Carney to keep the fight standing.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Phintanilyo jumps guard but Carney stands there with Phintanilyo around his waist. Phintanilyo gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Carney lands a hook that snaps the head of Phintanilyo backwards.
Phintanilyo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Carney smiles and moves away.
Kyson Carney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Droga Phintanilyo.

Carney lands a left and a right that send Phintanilyo crashing to the mat, dazed. Carney thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Droga Phintanilyo has been cut.
Phintanilyo throws a right and a left that Carney avoids nicely.
Carney definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Phintanilyo looks winded!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Carney bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Phintanilyo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Carney pushes Phintanilyo up against the cage in a clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Carney.

Carney drops Phintanilyo onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Phintanilyo is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Carney mutters something to Phintanilyo before pushing him back against the cage. As Phintanilyo comes back towards him, Carney unloads a hook from the very depths of hell that knocks Phintanilyo clean out! Oh. My. God. That is some seriously brutal stuff right there! What a knockout!
