Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Metaxas Kalliope (ranked 3097 p4p, 25073 weight class) and Tyson Fury (ranked 316 p4p, 511 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tyson Fury was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Fury swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kalliope.
Metaxas Kalliope seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

We've been hearing reports that Kalliope has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Fury sizes up Kalliope with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Kalliope shoots in looking for a takedown but Fury manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kalliope's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Oooooh!!! Fury has knocked Kalliope down with a huge combo! Fury steps away and waves a wobbly Kalliope back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Fury fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Kalliope to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Kalliope looks to clinch but Fury throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Kalliope taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
