Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Desmond Leblanc (ranked 4240 p4p, 4272 weight class) and Demian Maia (ranked 450 p4p, 451 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Desmond Leblanc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Demian Maia!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Hemmingworth and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maia throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Leblanc's waist but Leblanc gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Maia off to one side.
Maia takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Leblanc comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Maia takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Leblanc!
Leblanc lands a hook that stumbles Maia back into the cage. Leblanc follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Maia to the canvas! Leblanc pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Maia has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Desmond Leblanc!
Demian Maia was interviewed post fight and said 'Win or lose, the life goes on. This experience will only make me better and I will come back stronger. Osu!'.
