And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Skip Squint and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lamb misses with the combination.
Lamb takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Favlenishvili fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

and Favlenishvili counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Favlenishvili thuds a left hand into Lamb's body.
Lamb dives in and scores a takedown into Favlenishvili's guard.
Favlenishvili scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Favlenishvili with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Favlenishvili leaves Lamb with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Favlenishvili appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Lamb fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Favlenishvili sprawls well initially but Lamb persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Favlenishvili makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Lamb misses with a kick to the body
and Favlenishvili counters by clinching up.
Lamb gets control of Favlenishvili's arms and successfully pulls guard. Lamb will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lamb pushes a forearm under Favlenishvili's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Favlenishvili is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
