The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Reed Andrews and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz swings for the body but Vogels moves out of range.
Vogels connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Vogels throws an off balance right hand
and Vogels takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Cruz throws a shot to the body.
Cruz swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A counter left hand to the body from Vogels misses its target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cruz is defended easily by Vogels.
Cruz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cruz ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Vogels takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A jab from Cruz finds it's way through Vogels's defenses.

and Vogels counters with a big uppercut that knocks Cruz off his feet! Vogels dives into side control looking to finish!
