And in the blue corner, fighting out of Tokyo, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 3 losses; Ty Wong!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.

Wong clinches up against the cage.
Chriss wants the takedown. Wong is fighting it off but Chriss persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Wong's guard against the cage. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Chriss (2) vs (0) Wong
Chriss sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Wong looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Wong has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Chriss can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Chriss has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chriss is sitting in close to Wong's body. Wong has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Chriss is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Chriss is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Wong.
