Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Milo Jones (ranked 5008 p4p, 3894 weight class) and Too Young For Island (ranked 423 p4p, 376 weight class). Jones kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kayne West - Can’t Tell Me Nothing. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones avoids the head kick by For Island.
Jones throws a series of punches but For Island moves out of range.
For Island tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jones lands a nice looking body shot.
For Island closes the distance looking to clinch
and Jones counters with a nice uppercut.
The fight stays on the outside here - For Island looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
For Island changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but For Island manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
For Island with a lazy takedown attempt
and Jones counters with a left and a right that stings For Island.
Nice takedown defense from Jones. No joy for For Island on that attempt.
Milo Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Too Young For Island.

and Jones counters with a three punch combo that has For Island backing up. For Island nods at Jones to acknowledge the strikes.

For Island drives through with a takedown into guard.
For Island stays in close to Jones's body and controls the position.

Jones definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jones on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jones tries to get out of the position.

For Island trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jones is striking off his back. For Island thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
For Island wants to stand up but Jones is controlling the position.

Jones trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Jones is squirming around, avoiding For Island's attempts to control the action.
Jones tries to lock up and control but For Island gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
For Island can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Jones is looking to escape.
For Island takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
