Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Perry drives through and clinches with Everett against the ropes.
Everett decides to pull guard. Everett wants to improve his position but instead Perry has moved into half guard.

Perry seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Perry really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Everett. Perry's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Perry is riding his opponent, not letting Everett buck him off. Further stalling from Perry. Everett felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Perry really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Everett. Perry has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
