Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Old Grappling (ranked 3004 p4p, 24193 weight class) and Abdul Jcool (ranked 316 p4p, 0 weight class). Jcool has chosen Eye of the tiger as his entrance music. Abdul Jcool is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Grappling shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jcool manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Grappling chips away with some ground and pound.
Jcool is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Grappling throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jcool works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Jcool has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Tokyo. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
Grappling controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Grappling wants to pass the guard but Jcool is keeping the position.

Grappling throws a strike but Jcool rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Grappling pulls Jcool in close to his closed guard and prevents Jcool from doing any damage or advancing position.

Grappling working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Jcool doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Jcool manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Grappling is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jcool defends well.
Jcool really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grappling. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Grappling looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Jcool is sitting in close to Grappling's body. Grappling has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Jcool is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Jcool is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Grappling.
