And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Roman Emelianenko!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko tries to clinch there but Franjic circles away.

Franjic appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Emelianenko swings wildly with an uppercut but Franjic uses good head movement to avoid it.

and Franjic counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Emelianenko out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Franjic is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.

A relieved looking Rade Franjic thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
The defeated Roman Emelianenko had this to say: 'Try to hit me brother, I have no chin hahaha, wait…'.
