Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kristoff NoocOuut (ranked 5670 p4p, 25289 weight class) and Yilmaz Kurth (ranked 566 p4p, 620 weight class). Kurth has chosen Hail to the King as his entrance music. Kristoff NoocOuut has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kristoff NoocOuut!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Yilmaz Kurth!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
NoocOuut finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Kurth looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
NoocOuut bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kurth's head.
NoocOuut misses with a combination
and Kurth counters with a three punch combo that has NoocOuut backing up. NoocOuut nods at Kurth to acknowledge the strikes.
NoocOuut tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kurth swivels and escapes.
NoocOuut throws a series of punches but Kurth moves out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Kurth. Those never looked like landing.
NoocOuut looks for a takedown but Kurth sprawls well.
NoocOuut has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Punchin N\' Chockin in the buildup to the fight.
NoocOuut doesn't manage to clinch there - Kurth circles away.
NoocOuut shoots for a takedown but Kurth saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kristoff NoocOuut. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A left and a right from Kurth both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Kristoff NoocOuut has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
NoocOuut throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Kurth.
NoocOuut swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Kurth counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kurth.

Kurth breaks from the clinch.
NoocOuut fails with an attempt to clinch.

NoocOuut misses with a few strikes there.
Kurth fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Kurth changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kurth avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Nice combo by Kurth! Oh, that's hurt him - NoocOuut falls to the canvas and Kurth follows him into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
NoocOuut tries to buck Kurth off but Kurth is having none of it.
NoocOuut is breathing heavily.

Kurth decides to stand back up.
No joy there for Kurth, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kurth looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
NoocOuut tries to counter by clinching up but Kurth breaks away and moves out of range.
Kurth avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kurth unleashes a big counter combination but NoocOuut bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Kurth misses with a jab, cross combination.
NoocOuut has his takedown stuffed
letting Kurth counter with a right hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
NoocOuut scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kurth doesn't seem bothered though.
NoocOuut tries to clinch up
and NoocOuut takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Nice combo by Kurth! Oh, that's hurt him - NoocOuut falls to the canvas and Kurth follows him into side control.

NoocOuut is rocked!

Kurth has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Kurth fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with NoocOuut, pushing him back against the cage.

Kurth breaks from the clinch.

Kurth closes the distance and pushes NoocOuut back into the cage.

NoocOuut breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
NoocOuut tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kurth sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten NoocOuut somewhat.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
NoocOuut lands a nice hook to Kurth's body. Kurth takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
NoocOuut has a takedown stuffed.
Kurth lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Kurth.
Kurth comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
No joy there for Kurth, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A combination from NoocOuut does no damage.
Kurth is looking for the big counter here.
Kurth misses with a double jab.
NoocOuut misses with a hook to the body

and Kurth counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple NoocOuut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kurth looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kurth decides to stand and escape the position.
NoocOuut lands a nice shot that snaps Kurth's head back.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Yilmaz Kurth dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Kristoff NoocOuut's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!


Kurth moves into range and clinches up with NoocOuut.
Kurth gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from NoocOuut.
Kurth lands an uppercut.

Kurth pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kurth changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. NoocOuut tries to avoid it but Kurth manages to keep hold of a leg and drag NoocOuut to the ground. NoocOuut escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Kurth. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Kurth swinging wildly here.
NoocOuut shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kurth sprawls well. Kurth wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. NoocOuut gets slowly back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kurth moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
NoocOuut ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kurth moves away.
Kristoff NoocOuut is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
NoocOuut throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

As Kurth looks to move away, NoocOuut throws a big counter combo but Kurth just gets out of the way.
A right-left combo lands from Kurth.
A left and a right from Kurth both land. Nice combination.

Kristoff NoocOuut's cut is getting worse.
NoocOuut throws a wild hook but Kurth just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! NoocOuut gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Kurth raises his hands in celebration and walks away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yilmaz Kurth!
Yilmaz Kurth decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
