Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and tubby potbelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ray Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, tubby potbelly!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee throws a series of punches but potbelly moves out of range.
Lee has potbelly up against the cage in a clinch.
Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
potbelly has a takedown stuffed.
potbelly drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
potbelly trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Lee will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
potbelly won't allow Lee to get back to his feet.
Lee can't keep his opponent in guard - potbelly advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Lee makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Lee.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
potbelly content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Lee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Lee is breathing heavily.
Lee lands with a heel strike from the guard.
potbelly wants to pass the guard but Lee is keeping the position.
Lee tries to land a sweep but no joy.
potbelly advances position into side control!
potbelly in side control lands a decent elbow.

potbelly decides to stand up, so the ref orders Lee to his feet.
potbelly closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lee circles away.
Lee looks to land a combination but potbelly avoids it well.
Lee throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
potbelly darts in and clinches Lee up against the cage.
Lee has dropped down and is working for a takedown. potbelly is trying to keep an underhook but Lee manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Lee working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lee lands a nice short elbow.
Lee tries to pass to full mount but potbelly defends it.
Lee is thwarting potbelly's attempts to control the position.

potbelly looking for submissions off his back.
Lee throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
potbelly is looking to control Lee's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can potbelly avoid being mounted?
potbelly is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but potbelly is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
potbelly looks for a takedown but Lee sprawls well.
Ray Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of tubby potbelly.
potbelly fails to land the takedown.
Lee closes the distance and clinches.
Lee has hold of one of potbelly's legs. potbelly is fighting the takedown attempt but Lee gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
potbelly looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Lee's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Lee with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Lee throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
potbelly working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lee doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lee manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

potbelly manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lee manages to get himself to full guard.
potbelly trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee wants to sweep here but potbelly controlling him for the moment.
potbelly working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lee's head.
Lee will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Lee thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Lee keeping moving, preventing potbelly from controlling successfully.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Lee swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Lee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Lee is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but potbelly has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Lee is looking to defend but potbelly has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Lee! potbelly pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Lee taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). tubby potbelly!
