Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ray Caletree (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Daluz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ray Caletree!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Nelson Daluz!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and David Schapiro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daluz looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Caletree throws a sloppy head kick and Daluz moves out of range easily.
Caletree shoots for a double leg takedown but Daluz sprawls well. He's pushed Caletree's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Daluz has Caletree up against the cage in a clinch.

Caletree drags the fight down to the ground.

Caletree has his foot on Daluz's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Daluz works his way back into a safe position though.
Daluz won't allow Caletree to get back to his feet.
Caletree looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Daluz showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Caletree wants to stand up but Daluz is controlling him.

Daluz decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Caletree cracks Daluz with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Caletree darts in trying to clinch

and Daluz counters with a nice double leg into side control. Caletree won't be happy with that.

Caletree is looking to reverse the position.
You can see the frustration on Caletree's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Daluz has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Caletree moves into the clinch.
Caletree has had enough of the clinch but Daluz keeps him there for the moment.
Caletree wants to get back to striking at distance but Daluz won't allow it.
Caletree tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Daluz just stands there and leans against the cage.
Caletree tries to land a knee to the head but Daluz blocks with his arms.

Daluz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Caletree darts in trying to clinch

and Daluz counters with a takedown into side control.
Caletree is looking to get back to his feet here but Daluz is keeping cool and he's managed to take Caletree's back.
Caletree is breathing heavily.

Caletree looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Good control from Daluz.

Daluz tightening his grip on Caletree, looking for the choke.
Caletree tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Daluz sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Caletree wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Daluz has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Caletree's face.
Daluz avoids the attempt from Caletree to control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Caletree working to try and regain half guard.

Daluz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Caletree. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Caletree is trying to reverse the position but instead Daluz has taken his back - oops!
Caletree manages to reverse the position and now he's in Daluz's guard. Nice work there by Caletree.
Caletree wanted to stand there but Daluz had control of the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Daluz throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Caletree tries to kick Daluz off but Daluz keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Daluz is figuring out what he wants to do next.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Daluz clinches.
Caletree drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Daluz pulls Caletree into guard.
Caletree wanted to stand there but Daluz had control of the position.
Nelson Daluz has got the better of the ground game so far.
Daluz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Caletree manages to get himself to full guard.
Daluz thows a big elbow that misses.

Caletree can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Daluz controls the pace.
Caletree is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Daluz's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Daluz won't allow Caletree to get back to his feet.

Daluz wants to pass the guard but Caletree is keeping the position.

Daluz controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Caletree is looking to stand up but Daluz isn't so interested in that idea.
Daluz slips nicely into half guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Caletree manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Daluz sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Caletree's guard.
Daluz prevents Caletree from standing back up.
Daluz takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Caletree moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Caletree throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nelson Daluz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Caletree scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Daluz takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Daluz misses with a head kick.
Caletree clinches but Daluz breaks the clinch

and Daluz counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Caletree's guard now.

Caletree looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Daluz passes into half guard.
Caletree is looking to escape.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Caletree tries to kick Daluz off in order to stand up. Daluz Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Caletree trying his best to control but Daluz has mounted him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Daluz fails to take his opponent's back.

Daluz controlling the position easily from mount.

Daluz has control of Caletree's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Caletree regains control of the situation pretty easily.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Caletree tries to hold on but Daluz pushes him away.
The referee warns Caletree that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Caletree gets back to half guard.
Caletree is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Caletree moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Daluz prevents Caletree from getting back to his feet.

Caletree has his feet on Daluz's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Caletree rushes Daluz and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Caletree is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Daluz gets control of Caletree's arms and successfully pulls guard. Daluz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Caletree drops back, looking for a kneebar! Daluz looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Daluz looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Daluz!
Caletree can't do much from the bottom here.
Caletree is looking to regain half guard here but Daluz keeps moving and retains side control.

Caletree is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Daluz happy to just control the position for now.

Ray Caletree has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Caletree is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Daluz off and has taken his back!

Nelson Daluz comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Daluz winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
