Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Victor Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrew Trill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sagat comes into the arena with Indestructible by Exile blaring out of the sound system. Victor Sagat has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Victor Sagat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrew Trill! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sagat takes a jab right on the kisser.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Trill throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Sagat fails in his attempt to clinch. Trill wants to clinch. Sagat tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Trill counters with a shoot takedown. Sagat fights it but they end up in guard. Trill trying to control the position from guard on top but Sagat is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Trill stops Sagat from standing up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Trill pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Sagat is keeping the position for now. Trill pushing down on Sagat's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Trill wants to free his trapped foot but Sagat is holding on for dear life with his legs. Sagat wants to get back to his feet. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sagat is refusing to be controlled, as Trill sits in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Sagat wants to clinch up but Trill keeps it at a distance. Trill throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sagat. The fight stays on the outside here - Sagat looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Trill throws a right and a left that Sagat avoids nicely. Sagat tries to clinch up but Trill circles away and keeps his distance. No joy there for Trill, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sagat really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Trill closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Trill is looking to take a break and control but Sagat is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sagat has one foot on Trill's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
That's five minutes gone in the round. Sagat closes the distance but Trill moves to the side so Trill counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Sagat pushes Trill off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Trill looks gassed! Trill shoots in for a double leg but Sagat sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Some wild striking there from Trill.
Sagat tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Sagat takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sagat on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's six minutes gone in the round. Sagat tries to clinch there but Trill circles away.
Sagat is looking to clinch but Trill is avoiding it.
Nice takedown defense from Sagat. No joy for Trill on that attempt. Sagat clinches but Trill breaks the clinch and Trill counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sagat is looking to clinch but Trill is avoiding it.
Sagat has Trill up against the cage in a clinch.
Sagat lands an elbow inside. Nice elbow from Sagat. Trill wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Sagat prevents Trill from breaking the clinch. Sagat lands a knee to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action! Sagat with a knee to the head.
Trill lands an elbow inside that Sagat shrugs off. Trill breaks the clinch.
Sagat wants to clinch up but Trill keeps it at a distance. Trill lands with a big right hook that stumbles Sagat - he's out on his feet here! Trill follows up with another monster hook that separates Sagat from consciousness! Sagat falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Trill stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 6:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Andrew Trill!
