Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bru Swain!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Moe Lester!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lester on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Jab by Swain.
Swain keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lester.
Swain throws a one two combo.
It looks like Moe Lester has been cut.
Swain scores with a jab. Lester acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Swain has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Swain digs a good body shot into Lester's ribs.

Bru Swain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Swain lands with an uppercut that bounces Lester off the cage and back into range.

Swain lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lester has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Swain lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Lester fails to land with a series of punches.
Lester sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Swain lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lester's sensitive parts.

Swain fakes the leg kick and cracks Lester in the body.

Swain lands a big head kick that sends Lester to the canvas! Swain follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
