Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Cyril Cizek (ranked 2857 p4p, 2773 weight class) and Adam Porsche (ranked 195 p4p, 191 weight class). Porsche has chosen Hate it or Love it as his entrance music. The key to victory for Cyril Cizek has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cyril Cizek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Adam Porsche! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Porsche takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Cizek throws a jab when Porsche was well out of range. Porsche tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Cizek connects with a jab. Porsche has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cizek finds it's way round the side to connect with Porsche's head. Cizek connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Cizek scores with a crisp jab that stopped Porsche in his tracks. Cizek misses with a looping right. Porsche tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Cizek connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Cizek throws a front kick aimed at Porsche's knee but Porsche avoids it well. Cyril Cizek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A swing and a miss from Cizek. Cizek moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cizek throws a head kick but Porsche moves out of range.
Cizek throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Porsche. Porsche feints the counter takedown. The fight moves into the clinch position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Porsche gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Porsche controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Cizek pushes Porsche off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Cizek lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

so Porsche counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Porsche looking to control the position here, rather than advance. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. It looks like Porsche might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Let's hope that Porsche has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Porsche told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Porsche's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. We're seeing a lot of stalling here from Porsche.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cizek throws the left hand but Porsche avoids the punch easily. Cizek lands with a hook. Porsche tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Porsche has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cizek finds it's way round the side to connect with Porsche's head. Cizek looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Porsche takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Cizek is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Cizek scores with a shot to the body.
Porsche defending well as Cizek loads up on a big left hand. Cizek tries to clinch up. Cizek darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Cizek tries to land a body kick and Porsche counters with a nice double leg into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Porsche has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Porsche tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cizek wants to get back to his feet.
Porsche sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Yet more stalling tactics from Porsche. Cizek's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Cyril Cizek dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Porsche takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Porsche moves away from the strike by Cizek. Porsche with the counter takedown but Cizek avoids it easily. Cizek throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Porsche counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Cizek! Porsche controlling the position from side mount. Cizek is trying to get back to his feet. Porsche thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Cizek being controlled for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cizek is pushing Porsche's head away, looking to escape. Porsche manages to hold on to the position though. Cizek trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Cizek's face as Porsche controls the position. Cizek pushes Porsche away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Porsche gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Porsche staying calm. More stalling from Porsche. Cizek wants to get back to his feet but Porsche drags him back down.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Porsche remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Cizek is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. A combination from Cizek does no damage. A nice leg kick from Cizek, right into the meat of the thigh.
Porsche uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cizek. Porsche with the counter takedown but Cizek avoids it easily. Cizek scores with a punch to the head. Cizek throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Porsche takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Cizek has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A swing and a miss from Cizek. Porsche drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Cizek defends it well. Porsche defending well as Cizek loads up on a big left hand. Cizek misses with a head kick.
Cizek throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Cizek scores with a shot to the body.
Cizek looks to land a right hand but Porsche moved out of range. Cyril Cizek is winning the standup battle so far. Cizek throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A swing and a miss from Cizek. Cizek misses with a looping right. Porsche with the counter takedown but Cizek avoids it easily. A jab from Cizek misses. Porsche is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Cizek fails with an attempt to clinch.
And Porsche tries to counter it with a takedown but Cizek pushes his down on his head and steps out. A shot to the liver by Cizek. Beautiful body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cizek misses with a right hand so Porsche counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Porsche engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Cizek has his feet on Porsche's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cizek misses with the combination.

Cyril Cizek dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round! That kick from Cizek tenderised Porsche's leg. Porsche is trying to keep his angry face on. Cizek misses with a wild body shot. Cizek misses with a left hand and Porsche counters with a shoot takedown. Cizek fights it but they end up in guard. Porsche slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Porsche passes Cizek's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cizek pushes Porsche off looking to stand but Porsche dives back in and keeps control.
Porsche keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Porsche passes to side control. Porsche moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Adam Porsche has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Cizek pushes Porsche away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Porsche gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Porsche is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Cizek will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cizek throws Porsche to one side and escapes! Cizek misses with a straight left. Cizek scores with a nice right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cizek swings and misses with a shot to the body and Porsche counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Cizek has one foot on Porsche's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Cizek paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Cizek throws an overhand right that lands on Porsche's shoulder, as Porsche tries to avoid the shot. Cizek scores with a jab to the head.
Cizek throws a looping overhand right but Porsche ducks down to avoid it. Cizek is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Porsche can do to turn this around? Cizek has managed to clinch.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Porsche fails to pull guard.
Porsche is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Cizek pulls him back up using the underhooks. Cizek throws a head punch that misses. Cizek looking to stall.
Porsche wants a takedown but no success here.
Cyril Cizek has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Porsche. Porsche goes for a takedown attempt but Cizek pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Porsche walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. A nice inside leg kick there by Cizek. That's going to slow Porsche down. Cizek looks to land a combination but Porsche avoids it well. Cizek sets himself, and Porsche steps forward looking for the clinch! Cizek avoids it this time. Cizek misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Porsche.
Porsche is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Porsche shoots in looking for a takedown but Cizek manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Porsche's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Cizek bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Cizek throws a quick inside leg kick. Cizek cracks Porsche with an open hand slap. Adam Porsche has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Cyril Cizek is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Cizek scores with a leg kick.
And that's the end of the fight! Cyril Cizek showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Cizek, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
