Hayate keeps the fight on the outside.
Hayate shoots in for a takedown but Castle shows good takedown defense.

Hayate throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Castle's waist but Castle gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hayate off to one side.
Hayate blocks a head kick by Castle.
Hayate shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Castle as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tatsuyo Hayate. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Castle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Castle connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Hayate looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hayate thows a huge punch but Castle dodges it nicely.
Hayate is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Castle looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Hayate looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Castle is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Hayate scores with a couple of nice shots.
