Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Satan Blue (ranked 2908 p4p, 2618 weight class) and Neal Robson (ranked 323 p4p, 297 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Satan Blue!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Neal Robson!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robson throws a body shot but no joy.
Blue feinted with a counter takedown.
A telegraphed right hand from Robson misses the target.
Robson scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Blue gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Robson counters with a right hand to the body.
A clash of legs there as Blue blocks the low kick.
Robson misses with a shot to the body

and Blue counters with a shoot takedown. Robson fights it but they end up in guard.
Robson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Blue is one step ahead there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blue is pushing down on Robson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Robson is fighting to maintain full guard but Blue has managed to sneak the leg through.
Robson wants to improve his position but Blue is controlling well.

Blue not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Blue with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

Blue is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Robson is just riding it out for now. Blue eventually gives up the hold.
Blue thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Blue is looking for a kimura but Robson is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Blue to get the leverage.

Robson is looking for a sweep. Blue is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Blue scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Blue is pressing down on Robson's thigh, looking to free his foot. Robson is holding on for now.
Blue is trying to control the action in half guard but Robson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Blue throwing shots but Robson is blocking nicely.
Blue prevents Robson from improving his position.
Blue seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Blue is taking a breather. Robson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Robson wants to control but Blue is keeping busy.
Robson wants to improve his position but Blue is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Blue is working for a kimura but Robson is defending it quite comfortably.
Blue lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Blue is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Blue working over Robson with some ground and pound. Robson looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Blue wants to lay and pray for a moment but Robson keeps working.

Robson is refusing to be controlled, as Blue sits in half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Robson is looking to control Blue's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Robson avoid being mounted?
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Robson can do anything to dispel that myth.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Robson misses with a few strikes there.
Blue seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Robson fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Blue has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Robson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Blue half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Blue.
Robson throws a series of punches but Blue avoids them all with ease.
Robson lands a nice shot to the body.

Blue forces Robson back against the cage and clinches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Blue looking for a takedown.

Blue slows down the pace here.
Robson misses with a short punch on the inside.

Blue jumps guard and drags Robson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Blue has his foot on Robson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Robson works his way back into a safe position though.

Blue is looking for a triangle but Robson pushes his legs off easily.
Robson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Blue. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Robson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Robson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Blue is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Robson rolls with it to try and escape but Blue cranks on the arm and Robson is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Satan Blue!
Satan Blue seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
