Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Stark Lizult!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Charles Darwin!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lizult clinches up against the cage.
Darwin looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Lizult stalls.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Darwin has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Lizult lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Lizult content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Lizult connects with a knee to the head.
Lizult utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Lizult with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Lizult breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Darwin has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lizult.
Darwin takes a kick to the side of the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Darwin takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Lizult rushes Darwin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Lizult scores with a knee to the head.
Darwin is rocked!
Lizult has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Darwin - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Lizult, and another! Darwin is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
