The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilder's corner calls for a 1-2. Wilder obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Sisu Ilmarinen has been cut.
Wilder cracks Ilmarinen with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Wilder might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Wilder throws a shot from downtown. Ilmarinen moves away and avoids it.
Ilmarinen is looking to counter the offense by Wilder and move into the clinch.

Wilder is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Ilmarinen had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
