The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barnett digs a good body shot into Peck's ribs.
Quintin Barnett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big right from Barnett misses.
Peck throws a shot to the body.
Barnett lands a slapping body shot.
Barnett ducks under a wild hook from Peck.
A counter left hand to the body from Barnett misses its target.
Peck's jab looks to have found its range, popping Barnett under the eye.

and Peck counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Barnett staying out of range there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barnett uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Peck.
Peck throws out a powerful jab.
Barnett throws an off balance right hand
and Peck counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Quintin Barnett has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Barnett fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Peck manages to avoid it.
Peck throws out a counter right but Barnett avoids it with no problem.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Peck slips a jab from Barnett.
Barnett swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Barnett takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Barnett is breathing heavily.
The fighters circling - Peck throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Peck lands a head shot.

Peck cracks Barnett with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Peck has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Barnett to stand back up!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barnett throws a lazy uppercut
and Peck counters with a huge right that knocks Barnett out cold! Peck is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
