Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Taekn Arrms (ranked 3301 p4p, 5719 weight class) and Bing Chilling (ranked 305 p4p, 434 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Bing Chilling!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arrms darts in looking for a takedown but Chilling gets double underhooks and turns Arrms into the cage.

Arrms turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Arrms manages to end up in side control.
Chilling sneaks back into half guard.
Chilling makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Chilling.

Arrms stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chilling swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Chilling had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Arrms defends it easily.

Chilling looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Chilling has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Arrms can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

My spies in St Petersburg MMA Gym inform me that Chilling has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Arrms gets back to full guard.

Arrms controls Chilling momentarily but Chilling frees himself.

Arrms shoots for a double leg takedown but Chilling sprawls well. He's pushed Arrms's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Arrms got a little sloppy there for a moment and Chilling has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Arrms has managed to get both his arms back between Chilling's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

We've been hearing that Arrms has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Arrms shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Chilling cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Chilling stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chilling wants it to stay on the feet.

Bing Chilling comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
