The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Ren Mimura and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Nyrkki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dombrovski misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nyrkki misses with a two punch combination.
Dombrovski misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Dombrovski closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dombrovski lands in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nyrkki is striking off his back. Dombrovski thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Nyrkki has a hand on Dombrovski's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Dombrovski takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

It looks like Kova Nyrkki has been cut.
Nyrkki on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Nyrkki tries to get out of the position.
Nyrkki takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Dombrovski with shots to the head and body - Nyrkki looks very uncomfortable down there.

Jeez, Kova Nyrkki's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kova Nyrkki's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
