Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tomas Rumiantsev (ranked 2003 p4p, 5537 weight class) and Mateo Embry (ranked 159 p4p, 312 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rumiantsev lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Embry quite badly. Embry pulls Rumiantsev in close trying to recover. Rumiantsev postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Embry on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Embry doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tomas Rumiantsev!
