Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Manny Rivera!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Nunes both land. Nice combination.
It looks like Manny Rivera has been cut.
Nunes throws a big shot that misses.
Nunes misses with an uppercut. Rivera saw that one coming.
Rivera with the counter takedown but Nunes avoids it easily.
Nunes throws a combination. Rivera tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Rivera is rocked!
Nunes tests Rivera's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Rivera is still on wobbly legs! Can Nunes finish him?
Nunes throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Rivera seems to have recovered his senses.
Mateus Nunes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rivera throws a head kick that misses.
Rivera changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Nunes tries to avoid it but Rivera manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Nunes to the ground. Nunes escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Nunes uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Rivera has time to react.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Rivera steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Nunes. That one must have hurt.
Nunes throws an overhand right that lands on Rivera's shoulder, as Rivera tries to avoid the shot.
A low kick lands for Nunes.
Nunes avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rivera thumps Nunes with a low kick.

Nunes lands a front kick.
A punch combination from Nunes misses.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Nunes.
Nunes throws a sloppy head kick and Rivera moves out of range easily.
Rivera feints the counter takedown.
Rivera shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Nunes as he jumps to the side.
Nunes throws a right and a left that both miss.
Nunes misses with a series of wild punches.
Nunes throws a push kick but Rivera slaps the foot to one side.
Nunes is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Rivera takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nunes tries to bum rush Rivera with a series of wild strikes but Rivera uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A chopping leg kick lands by Nunes.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nunes misses with a wild combination.
Nunes sets himself, and Rivera steps forward looking for the clinch! Nunes avoids it this time.
Nunes lands a jab to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nunes lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Nunes lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Rivera goes down and covers up as Nunes starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
