Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Korbin Bishop (ranked 3435 p4p, 4060 weight class) and Jojo Dresden (ranked 0 p4p, 213 weight class). Dresden has chosen Break Stuff/ Limp Bizkit as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jojo Dresden was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Bart Greer and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
It looks like Korbin Bishop has been cut.
Dresden fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bishop on the side of the head.
Dresden uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Bishop gets a double leg takedown into Dresden's guard.
Dresden tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Bishop distracts Dresden with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Dresden keeping moving, preventing Bishop from controlling successfully.
Dresden is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bishop defends well.

Bishop seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Bishop is working Dresden over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dresden has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Bishop doesn't defend quickly enough and Dresden has managed to lock this one up! Can Bishop escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Dresden on a fantastic submission victory.

After winning the bout, Jojo Dresden thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
